Peggy Duncan Host, Author
I created a YouTube channel a few years ago and started adding how-to videos of my computer tips and tricks. I wanted to take my channel to another level.
I started browsing around YouTube and other Websites for ideas. I quickly realized there’s so much more to creating a YouTube channel than what you see on the surface. Everywhere I turned, I was learning something else I wish I’d known when I started.
It became too time-consuming watching a bunch of videos that were not up to date with YouTube’s new interface. Plus, I wanted something that would guide me step by step instead of learning in a piecemeal fashion. I looked for a book, but I couldn’t find anything that was specifically about creating a channel. And I definitely was in no mood to tackle a 300-page monster that covered way more than I needed to know.
All along, I’d kept notes on everything that I wanted to incorporate into my channel, but I got
tired of looking through them. You see, I like things simple, easy, and organized. I gathered all my notes, developed a logical workflow to getting a channel up and optimized, and started writing. With this 24-page booklet, you’ll learn step by step at your own pace and build your channel.
Create, Build, and Manage a YouTube Channel Made Easy is written in plain English, and I don’t take pages to say what I can in a paragraph. Lots of screen captures too so you’ll see if you’re in the right place and clicking the right buttons!
